M: Didn’t realize Samuel L. Jackson was in Jurassic Park.
A: you didn’t!?
M: His super nineties spectacles and stache threw me off. :[

Highly recommend you go see Wall-E. Children got a free watch opening day

Anyways, as the cashier in the box office handed back my credit card and movie tickets, my nephew is anxious to get the watch, and upon seeing my card laid on top of the tickets he says, “Oh look, we get a free credit card too!”

Since when did it cost $6.00 for a single large popcorn ($6.50 for extra large)? That’s like two dollars more from the last time I remember paying for popcorn (coincidentally the small popcorn was $4).

Also, the light in the screen for my laptop went out. Haven’t found a good time to take it in for a replacement. Knew I should have extended the warranty so they would come to me. Pft.

Today is colder than a pop-cicle in snow. Just got back from class (boring as usual, pft) and decided to get cozy before I have to pick up my mom. Anyways, Bee Season is on HBO. Richard Gere has such great hair for an old guy. I need his hair stylist.

Also, the Prince of Egypt has been airing on HBO recently. It’s my second favorite animated movie next to The Lion King. I love the opening songs for both. They’re just so damn good.

All painting done in Painter 8, text & border in Photoshop as well as cropping/resizing.

I stopped looking at the reference half way into it so the colors look more… blue-er than the original.

If you notice something astray… I’ve probably noticed it too. And I don’t feel like fixing it.

Huzzah for cheap backgrounds.
