I wonder if there are varying degrees of insomnia. And if there isn’t, I say we label them like we do cigarettes.
Ultra Light 100’s would be classifed by the occasional sleepless night at least twice a week or 4-7 times a month. Sounds rational don’t you think? Lights would be around 3-4 sleepless nights a week, and at least 10 nights a month. Regular 100’s would be the sleepers who sleep for maybe an hour or two, wake up, and can no longer fall back to sleep despite extreme exhaustion. This occurs almost every night. It’s a bad habit.
But if you see it like I do, I just say we’re all addicted to being awake. Just like the smokers who are addicted to nicotine that never notice that they’re lighting up. ;]
