Well, kinda past tense now. Meant to update that evening but oh well.
It was great having my family get together without any problems for once. And my aunt came to visit as well, so it was overall a real nice experience.
The ceremony was actually a lot shorter than I had thought it would be. Maybe because our class was smaller than usual. Hmm. It also might be because I was actually the one graduating and not the one playing the music. Yep, I think that’s it.
The speeches were okay. Although, they felt like the kind of speeches that attempt to inspire classmates you rarely had any interaction with. Which, by the way, I noticed a few people in our class that I had never noticed before. Hmm. You’d think after 6 years… oh well. Also, never use words longer than the average person’s IQ of your town in your speech. I doubt half our classmates and the people in the stands understood what you were saying~.
